Terms of Service

In consideration of receipt of voluntary services from the participants of Stones Auto Service, Inc. a Car Repair Ministry of Stones Crossing Church, I hereby release and agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stones Crossing Church, Inc. its employees, classes, organizations, members, attendees, elders, officers, agents and assigns (hereinafter "Stones Crossing") from and against any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, damages, expenses and costs, including attorney’s fees, court costs and loss of judgments of whatsoever kind and nature which may result from or arise out of services provided for me or for such services which may benefit me whether or not resulting, in whole or in part from the negligence or from acts or omissions of either the participants of Stones Auto Service, Inc. a ministry of Stones Crossing Church, it’s employees, classes, organizations, members, attendees, trustees, officers , agents and assigns.    I fully recognize and accept that the maintenance that is performed on my vehicle is being provided by volunteers who may or may not be trained in automobile repair/maintenance.
